Job Description

Introduction:

We are hiring for International Voice Support executive Position based out at Hyderbad.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and customer service enquiries

• Identify and assess customer’s needs.

• Work with the team to resolve issues

• Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats

• Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken to resolve customer issues

• Maintain and prepare activity reports


Requirements:

• Mandatory Skills/Experience-

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Voice process.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Candidates applying for Senior Process Executive should have 1+ years of experience in International voice process
  • Candidates applying for Process Executive should have 0-11 months of experience.

  • Analytical ability and logical approach towards problem-solving
  • Adaptable to work in fast-paced environment
